Growing up amid Antwerp's historic diamond bourse, Eléonore watched generations of gem traders treat timeless jewels like cold museum artifacts locked behind vault doors. She resolved to bridge rigorous Flemish artisanal heritage with tactile, modern sensuality.
Every Zavertales creation begins with raw metals sourced exclusively from ethical closed-loop refineries and stones hand-selected for character over sterile uniformity. Her workbench remains unchanged: cast iron anvils, beeswax-coated saws, and the patient cadence of human hands.

THERMAL ALCHEMY
Lost-Wax & Alloy Cast
Organic wax models dissolve in high-heat kilns, replaced by recycled 18-karat gold custom blended with copper and silver for warmth.
PHASE 03
PRECISION ASSEMBLY
Micro-Pavé Stone Setting
Under 40x optical magnification, micro-bead prongs are raised by hand to nestle each brilliant stone securely without bulk.
PHASE 04
FINAL BENEDICTION
Hallmark & Mirror Polish
Stamped with the Royal Belgian Assay hallmark and our maker's mark, followed by three progressive stages of diamond-paste buffing.
