Return and Exchange Policy – Zavertales

At Zavertales, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and in its original condition
Free from damage, scratches, or signs of use
In its original packaging with all tags attached

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

A return handling fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns, where permitted by applicable law.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery for a different size, style, or product of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order details, and our team will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law:

Items purchased during sale or promotional events and marked as Final Sale
Customised or personalised jewellery
Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless received damaged or defective
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and its packaging.

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, as applicable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email us at our official customer support email address within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
Pack the item securely and ship it back according to the instructions provided by our team. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for eligible change-of-mind returns, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item and approve the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Zavertales reserves the right to refuse return or exchange requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Please ensure that you inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if you wish to request a return or exchange.
